An association of Oxnard and Pleasant Valley growers formed to represent and protect its members’ overlying water rights

The OPV Coalition is an association of growers that own land overlying the Oxnard and Pleasant Valley groundwater basins. It was formed to represent and protect its members’ overlying water rights. On June 15, 2021, the OPV Coalition initiated a comprehensive groundwater adjudication for the Oxnard and Pleasant Valley Basins.
